Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on the ct99 platform, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Each individual may only operate one account; any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials strictly confidential, and sharing them with any third party is strictly prohibited. We may request identification documents or additional information at any time for account verification purposes. By creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to comply with these full terms and conditions.
Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
To make a deposit at ct99, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be automatically rejected. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days, though additional time may be required if verification is needed. Specific minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may change from time to time. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is suspected. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi BDT (৳).
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on the platform are considered final and generally cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed. ct99 reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error. If fraud, collusion, or any form of misconduct is proven, the account will be immediately suspended and deposited funds may be forfeited. Any attempt by users to exploit bonuses or promotions without meeting the required conditions will be considered a violation of the rules. Each game may have its own specific rules, which are detailed in the Game Lobby section. Maintaining a fair and safe environment for all players is our top priority.
Limitation of Liability & Service Changes
The ct99 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis and we make no guarantee of uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions, game rules, or promotional content at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. ct99 will not be liable for any loss arising from the user's own actions. In the event of any dispute, ct99's decision shall be considered final.
